Here’s what you can expect at your first visit:

  • If you are able, plan on arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your first appointment. Please bring your Driver’s License and Insurance Card with you. Additionally, if you will be filing a Workman’s Comp claim, please have your claim number and adjuster’s name readily available. Oftentimes, it is a good idea to bring shorts with you to the appointment for better assessment of the area.

  • During your visit, our staff will verify your benefits to help build a plan of care that fits your needs.

  • The initial evaluation will typically last 45 minutes, during which your physical therapist will listen carefully to your story, collect data and perform testing to assess problematic areas related to your concerns, and send you with tools to get you moving in the right direction.
